Delivery Information
FOR GUARANTEED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK ADDRESSES, ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY MIDNIGHT 21 DECEMBER.
We charge a flat fee of £5.00 per order for delivery to U.K. addresses. Orders may contain more than one item for no extra fee.
Most flatpack kits are sent using Royal Mail. Larger kits and pre-assembled lampshades are sent by interlink Express couriers.
Order several shades for no extra charge.
Parcels - Your order is sent by courier using a next day service, we generally have two collections a week, so please consider this when ordering and allow up to 7 working days for delivery. You will be notified by Interlink as to the delivery date and therefore be able to reschedule if it's not convenient.
If you require delivery by 9.30am this can be arranged by request for an additional £16. If you require delivery by 12 this can be arranged by request for an additional £6.50. Please email smartylamps@aol.com to arrange.

Shipping costs are individually priced according to the size, weight and destination of the customer's order.
zone 1 £14 per item upto 30kg - Belgium, Netherlands, France (Inc Monaco,) Germany, Luxembourg, Rep. of Ireland
zone 2 £16 per item upto 30kg - Austria, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Switzerland
zone 3 £18 per item upto 30kg - Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain
zone 4 £28 per item upto 30kg - Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden
zone 5 £40 per item upto 30kg - Bulgaria, Croatia, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway
