Miss K style Lamp

This product is inspired by The Miss K Table lamp designed by Philippe Starck Originally, The MISS K - new desk/table lamp designed by Philippe Starck for FLOS. Manufactured in transparent injection moulded polycarbonate, Miss K has a transparent base & stem, while the shade has an opaque appearance when switched off, when you switch the lamp on it transforms to give the effect of an X-Ray, as you see through the shade to the lamp diffusor. An ultra stylish designer lamp with a remarkable X-ray effect. When you switch the Miss K on you can see through the metallic blue shade to the lamp diffuser. It also features a dimmer switch so you can regulate the light. The stem and base are made from transparent polycarbonate. Designed by Philippe Starck. Made in Italy. Philippe Starck has won accolades as diverse as the Oscar du luminaire and the Harvard Excellence in Design award, and his work is displayed in museums throughout the world. He is best known for his expressionist architecture and remarkable building interiors, such as the Paramount hotels in New York and Tokyos La Flamme building.
