Smartylamps can be purchased in two ways:

Smarty Lampshades - A range of shapes of shades that are pre assembled, ready to hang from the ceiling, boxed up and shipped free of charge.
Smartylamps Flatpack Kits - Containing flatpacked components and instructions, enabling self assembly of all the lampshade designs in the range.

Smartylamps simply hang from the standard ceiling pendant light and don’t require any light fittings.
The bulb isn’t exposed so the shade effectively diffuses the light, creating an ambient glow.
Smartylamps are constructed from identical pieces of polypropelene plastic. The more pieces used create bigger lampshades.
They are more than a light, some of the larger designs are considered works of art – impressive light sculptures based on intricacy and geometry.
